Milcos grew up in Barafaye, a working-class neighborhood in Dakar, surrounded by art, culture, and traditional African masks. With a passion for design and fashion, he founded Nio Far— a Wolof phrase meaning"We are together"— with a strong conviction: to showcase Senegalese craftsmanship in a chic and resolutely modern way. The brand offers 100% Made in Senegal clothing, shoes, and accessories, where linen, bogolan, and leather are transformed into pieces with a strong cultural identity. Nio Far is now recognized far beyond Senegal as one of the leading brands in contemporary African fashion.
